This 90-minute webinar will provide an overview of collegiate recovery programs. Attendees will be able to describe what a CRP is and the benefits of them to students; explain initial steps in getting started in building a CRP on your campus; and summarize common barriers to starting a CRP and strategies for overcoming them.

Attendees will be able to discuss the prevalence of co-occurring disorders in the general population and within the collegiate recovery population; list three implications of the prevalence of co-occurring disorders within a CRC or CRP; describe the benefits of collaborative and integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders in a collegiate recovery context; and learn about potential strategies and options for enhancing support for students with co-occurring disorders.
